Plain-language operating boundaries for the managed crew service, production requests and learning platform.
Managed crew service
Producers submit a private brief and EC Film Resource responds with suitable crew options and a project-specific quote; there is no public crew database or instant booking. Neither an application nor a course completion guarantees roster acceptance, employment or work.
Gear and location requests
A request begins a private review and is not a confirmed booking. Availability, exact equipment, access, permissions, scouting scope, logistics, rates and responsibility must be confirmed for the actual project.
Crew quotations
Each crew request is assessed against the actual roles, dates, location, schedule, travel and production scope. EC Film Resource provides its rates in a project-specific quote, and the applicable scope, invoicing, tax, cancellation and payment terms are confirmed before a booking is accepted.
Participant responsibility
Applicants and people submitting production requests remain responsible for the accuracy of supplied information and rights to media. Productions must confirm availability, suitability, rates, insurance, permissions, credentials and operational approvals for each project.
