The privacy commitments that govern crew applications, production requests, learning and sensitive project information.
Public and private information
Crew applications, roster records, crew, gear and location briefs, personal contact details, exact addresses, credential files, account data and learning progress stay private. Studio and drone pages contain only factual contact and service information sourced from the providers’ official websites.
Purpose and consent
EC Film Resource collects only information needed to assess a private crew application, respond to a production request or deliver learning. Application processing, private course-completion sharing and marketing remain separate choices.
Access, export and deletion
Confirmed members can submit data-export and account-deletion requests from their private account. Completed exports are released only to the same signed-in member. Deletion is reviewed, can be blocked by unresolved shared ownership or evidence-storage dependencies, and removes or anonymises account-linked records through an auditable process.
Corrections and response
Use the private support form to request a correction, ask a privacy question or raise a concern. Authorised staff review the message and may ask for information needed to establish the right next step.
